Who are we?

                Lisa and I, together with our 4 children, Jack, Starlyn, Tryn and Tessa, live on an acreage just 2 miles outside of the town of Altona, MB. Our golden retriever, Blaze and a golden doodle, Bailey along with several cats also share our yard and bring us much joy. We also have a small flock of chickens and several pigs. Our family loves the great outdoors and can our off work hours are often spent camping, canoeing or bike riding.

                I grew up working together with my dad on the house building crew. Later I held several jobs including working on a farm and running heavy equipment for several years. From 2011-2021 I was co-owner of a landscaping company called BorderView Landscaping. After several years of doing concrete lifting and repair, I again worked for my dad, this time in the office helping with purchasing and providing detailed house plans and drawings for the crew. I feel that my working experience gives me a well-rounded perspective of the entire building process whether it is landscaping your yard, pouring your new concrete driveway or drawing plans for your next project.

                Lisa, also grew up working alongside her dad on the family’s mixed livestock farm and later as her dad started BorderView Landscaping. She was very interested in the landscaping and did much of the design work. She has a keen interest in yard layout and plants. She loves to help our clients transfer their ideas from their minds to a beautiful landscape plans.
